Who says your morning green juice can't be the chicest part of your day? The Greens accomplish that just mixed with water alone. But if you want to romanticize it a little—or swap an evening cocktail for something more healthful—try a scoop of The Greens powder blitzed with cucumber, ginger, and lime, strain it into a fancy coupe, and top with a floater of sparkling prebiotic apple soda. It's sweet, tart, and invigorating.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop or stick pack of The Greens: Daily Boost Powder
  • 1 small Persian cucumber
  • juice of 1 small lime (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 small peeled piece of fresh ginger (about 1 square 1/2 inch, or more if you'd like more heat)
  • 4 ounces water
  • 2 ounces Olipop Crisp Apple Prebiotic Soda (or your favorite sparkling apple juice)
  • Thinly sliced green apple to garnish, optional

Instructions:

  1. In a powerful blender, add The Greens powder, cucumber, lime juice, ginger, and water.
  2. Blend on high until totally smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a large coup glass with ice, then top with the apple soda.
  4. Garnish with thin slices of green apple, if desired.
