FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $30.00 USD or more.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Our processing time is 1 - 3 business days. Excluding holidays.
During special promotions, new product launches, holidays, and other peak periods order processing may extend beyond the standard 1 - 3 business days.

*Sunday deliveries follow DHL standard terms.
Please allow up to 7 additional days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Our warehouse is closed and will not be shipping on the following holidays:

- New Year's Day
- Juneteenth
- 4th of July
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note, we are not responsibility for stolen or lost packages.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

DAMAGED TEMS
If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing info@properhealth.com. You will be asked to provide your order number, a photo or 30-second video of the item and packaging as it was originally received.
Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during transit.
INTERNATIONAL
We do not ship internationally.
We do not ship to freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders shipping to a freight forwarding address without prior notification to the customer. Orders submitted use a freight forwarder are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
