  • How does a Proper subscription work?

    Subscription orders always come at a discounted price*, and are eligible for free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

    To Start a subscription, choose the products you need, make sure you select the subscription option when purchasing the product, and checkout as normal. Your subscription will auto-deliver on a monthly basis. You can edit order details, pause, skip or cancel at any time.

    *Note: Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Any previously discounted items are not eligible for subscription.

  • Which products are eligible for subscription?

    All regularly priced supplement products are eligible for a subscription.

    Accessories and discounted products are not eligible for subscription. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

  • What are my delivery/frequency options?

    Currently we exclusively offer 30 day subscriptions on all Proper supplements. If you want less frequent deliveries, you can skip or change delivery dates within your account before each renewal.

  • How will I know when my subscription is going to renew?

    Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. We will remind you via emails 3 days before your next order is set to process so you have the opportunity to make any changes if necessary. To Check your next order date, login to your account and visit manage subscriptions.

    Any changes to a subscription, including updating your address, skipping the order or canceling must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to guarantee the order will not be processed. We are unable to edit or cancel subscription orders once they have been renewed and processed.

  • What happens if I forget to cancel my order?

    We are unable to edit or cancel a subscription order once it has renewed and processed.

    We are happy to help with changing future subscription dates, skipping subscription dates or canceling subscriptions before future orders. Please keep in mind we answer emails in the order in which they are received and it can take up to 2 business days, so please request help at least a week prior to your next subscription order to guarantee we can process your change or cancelation.

    Remember - any changes must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your subscription portal will always reflect your most up to date information.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Once you're logged into your account, view your active subscriptions and click "manage this subscription" next to the product you'd like to no longer receive.

    Click CANCEL at the bottom of the window. You will be prompted to chose a cancelation reason and then you can confirm. Repeat this process for as many products as you need.

    You will receive a cancellation email confirming your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation please email info@properhealth.com for help.

    IMPORTANT: You must cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal date to guarantee the pending order will not ship.
