Refund policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to check back periodically for updates.

RETURN FOR REFUND

For US Purchases made on Properhealth.com, please read the following policy thoroughly:

Due to strict quality and safety protocols, we do not allow opened products to be returned under any circumstances. We also do not resell any products that have left our warehouse including those returned in an unopened, unused condition for the safety and health of our customers, which is our top priority.

Full priced, unopened, unused products excluding accessories that are in their original packaging are eligible for return within 15 days of the delivery date.

Postage for returns will not be provided.

We do not offer exchanges of any kind at this time.

Products that are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind and are final sale include the following:

  • Items purchased using a discount including those purchased with a subscription discount.
  • Accessories including water bottles and electric mixers
  • Products that have been opened
  • Products received over 15 days previously

These products that are not eligible for a return are not returnable for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Unopened, unused products must be post marked within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Any unused products returned after that timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Return orders that arrive opened or damaged or opened will be denied a refund.

Returns must be initiated by emailing info@properhealth.com.

Orders that are returned to sender are not eligible for a return or refund.

Only orders with a shipping address within the United States are eligible for a refund, excluding those shipping to freight forwarding addresses. Any use of a freight forwarder automatically waives your right to a return or refund of any kind. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

If you received the incorrect item or your item was damaged and you'd like a replacement, please email info@properhealth.com. Please include your order number and a photo or video of how your order was received.

Please note that we monitor replacement request activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or deny replacements at any time..

We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by Properhealth.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. We are unable to accept returns COD.

Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

In the case of an exchange, we recommend you place a new order for the replacement product and we will then issue a refund after the returned goods are received and processed. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error. Exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee and you may select the method of shipping at checkout. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from ProperHealth.com Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to ProperHealth.com if they are Proper branded products, and will not be credited back, or returned to you. The original retailer must be contacted and their terms and conditions will apply.

 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

To request a return please email info@properhealth.com. Please include the following details with your return request:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Confirm product condition (only unopened, unused will be accepted)

Postage is not provided for returns and is the responsibility of the customer.

Package your return item (bottle, jar, etc) in the original packaging as securely as possible to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted. 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

 

TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 15 days from the date the order is received and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Most refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are only available to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.

 

SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All discounted items including those discounted due to subscription, bundles, kits, promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned, this includes any products purchased using a promotional code or coupon code. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of Properhealth.com.

 

RETURNED GIFTS

We are unable to offer returns of gifts or orders without a properhealth.com proof of purchase at this time.

 

RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY

We protect the integrity of the products we sell. All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
