Ingredients:
- 1 scoop or stick pack of The Yellows: Metabolism + Energy Boost Powder
- 1 cup plain kefir
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup water
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth. Add extra water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
