Is making your own coconut cold foam a little extra? Sure. Is it worth it to romanticize your supplement routine? Absolutely. She's cool, she's creamy, she's a tropical dream.
Ingredients for the base:
- 1 scoop or stick pack of The Corals: Daily Glow
- 6 ounces Harmless Harvest Coconut Water (or your favorite coconut water)
- 2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
Ingredients for the coconut cold foam:
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- ¼ teaspoon honey
- pinch pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
- Combine The Corals powder, coconut water, and pineapple juice in a measuring cup with a pour spout. Whisk together or use a handheld frother and mix until combined. Set aside.
- To make the cold foam, combine the coconut milk, honey, and salt in a small glass and use a handheld frother and mix until thick and airy, and it appears to have almost doubled in volume.
- To assemble, pour the powder and coconut water mixture in a tall glass filled with ice. Then gently pour the coconut cold foam in a layer on top in a nice thick layer.
