The Blues N/A Nightcap
Our new favorite nightcap is herbaceous and fruit-forward, with a little zip from ginger beer to round it out.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop The Blues: Sleep Support
- ½ cup water
- 4 basil leaves, plus extra for garnish
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup ginger beer
Instructions:
In a small glass combine the powder with water and blend with an electric mixer. Set aside. In a rocks glass, add the blueberries and basil leaves. Muddle them with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until fragrant. Top with ice, then pour over the blueberry powder and water mixture and float with ginger beer to finish. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
