Meet our Lavender 75, a gorgeous little spritz to help you unwind. This homage to the classic French 75 is still bubbly and tart, but we swapped the botanical gin for floral lavender and elderflower.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop or stick pack of The Lavenders: Calming Aid
- ¼ cup concord grape juice
- ¼ cup water
- 5 ounces elderflower tonic water or elderflower soda
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the powder, grape juice and water with lots of ice and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into a champagne coupe or flute and top with the elderflower tonic water or soda. Garnish with a lemon peel.
