This ginger-forward smoothie is an ideal start to your day. Silken tofu adds some protein, along with a dreamy, rich texture—and lets the other fruit flavors shine.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop or stick pack of The Greens: Daily Boost Powder
- 1 small peeled piece of fresh ginger (about 1 square ½ inch, or more if you like more spice)
- 1 whole kiwi
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- ½ cup orange juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
